Atelier XYZ will run the LOOK AT ME NOW! photography and video workshops next week.

The week after midterm reviews (October 14 – 17, 2019), students enrolled in the Architecture and in the Interior Design programs at Kent State University in Florence will attend the fifth edition of the LOOK AT ME NOW! workshops.

Instructors are Nicolò Galeazzi, architect and photographer, and Stefano Di Corato, video author, who are especially talented in portraying contemporary architecture in photography and in video and who have extensive experience running workshops.

 

Founded in 2016 in Brescia, Italy and Porto, Portugal by Nicolò Galeazzi and Stefano Di Corato, atelier XYZ works and researches in the field of architectural and landscape photography and video.The atelier has exhibited works in the last three editions of the International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia (2014 Italian Pavilion Innesti/Grafting, 2016 Portuguese Pavilion Neighbourhood, Where Alvaro meets Aldo, 2018 Italian Pavilion Arcipelago Italia), at MAXXI Museum in Rome (exhibition Álvaro Siza, Sacro), at La Triennale di Milano (exhibition Comunità Italia), at Museo di Castelvecchio in Verona (installation Listen to the vacuum), at CCB Museum in Lisbon (exhibition Neighbourhood, Where Alvaro meets Aldo), at Casa da Arquitectura in Matosinhos (exhibition Power Architecture), at Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa (exhibition Economy of means) as well as in many other museums and galleries in Italy and abroad.
In addition to their professional practice, Nicolò Galeazzi and Stefano Di Corato have held conferences and workshops, both in Italy and all around Europe.
In 2016, atelier XYZ was visiting professor at the ESAD University of Matosinhos in Portugal and in 2019 was professor at the laboratory Spazi Sacri organized by CASABELLA.
The works of atelier XYZ are published in the main Italian and international architecture magazines.
