Jacopo Gresleri

Jacopo Gresleri, freelance Architect, PhD, licensed Professorat Lector at AQU Catalunya. He is a member of the UIA Social Habitat Work Program and ACE/CAE Social Housing Work Group. He is an expert evaluator of research proposals for the European Community and for the URBACT project (III & IV) in the field of Housing and Urban Design. In 2021-22 he was appointed evaluator of research proposals for the Polish Academy of Sciences Fellowships Program (PASIFIC) under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, and in 2024 he was a member of the New European Bauhaus Prize Jury.

He is Adjunct Professor in Architectural & Urban Design at the Polytechnic University of Milan and has taught at the BUT Brno (Czech Republic), Turin and Ferrara. He was Visiting Lecturer and Critic at Cal-State (Florence), New York Institute of Technology, Syracuse (London), Genova, Alghero and Parma. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences both as speaker and curator, and as a member of research groups (MIUR-PRIN and FAR; Politechnic of Turin/EPFL Lousanne; ILAUD) on the topic of housing, cohousing, collaborative living and for the elderly.

Exhibition and architectural culture events curator for private and public clients, he is also a member of the Scientific Committee of “Póleis” publishing series, and author of essays, articles and monographs, and peer reviewer for several international Journals.
